Returns and Refunds

All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging in the same condition within 14 days of receipt unless faulty. Return address can be found on the front to the parcel. 

 

The cost of returned items is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed by Cove Collections. All items returned are done so at the customer's risk. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

A refund will only be issues once the jewellery has been returned, meeting the requirements.

Ring Sizes: 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the ring size provided on the order is correct. Cove Collections will ensure that the ring is made to the requested size. If the ring does not fit, alterations can be made at the customer's expense, starting at £20 + Shipping.

Resizing Price Breakdown (Estimations):

All Rings Increasing by 1 or 2 sizes: £20 + Shipping

Silver rings decreasing in size: £20 + Shipping

Sea Glass rings decreasing in size: +£40 + Shipping (The whole ring will need to be remade from scratch)

If you need a size alteration, you must follow the returns policy, and provide information with the ring, regarding the correct size.
