We love creating the perfect piece of jewellery for you, especially if it involves using your own sea glass! This page gives you all the information you need to know about placing a custom order. Please read through everything in detail before contacting us, it makes everything run a lot smoother and quicker!

Step 1: Decide what jewellery you would like
Look at all the jewellery designs available on our website, and pick which design you would like!
Step 3: Not Available? Send us an email!
Please make sure you include everything we have listed in your email! See Below:
Sending an Email
If you are sending us an email for your custom order, please include the following:

1. Your name and return address
​
2. A detailed description of what you would like. Ideally you will have picked a design already on our website which you would like recreating with your own sea glass. Please use the same names as used on our website! If you would like something completely different, please describe the jewellery in as much detail as you can. Even better if you have a photograph!

3. A couple photographs of your sea glass next to a ruler or tape measure. Please show the size and depth of the sea glass. We will need to check if the sea glass you have would work with the desired jewellery design.

4. Wait patiently for a reply! This business is only run by one person, so things can take a little longer! We will aim to have replied to you within 1 week, however it can be longer during the festive season. Check on our social media pages to see if we have reported a delay!

5. We can then have a conversation about your custom order. Once the design is finalised, we will ask for a 50% deposit once the sea glass has arrived with us safely. This is to cover the cost of materials and time. Once it has been made, we will send you lots of photos to check you are happy, before sending the remaining 50% and arranging postage!

We only have 5 slots a week for custom orders. Please bear this in mind when contacting us, and please do not be disappointed if your order takes a few weeks to process!
