All orders from the UK are shipped with 1st Class with Royal Mail. You can choose between:

1st Class Signed For - £4.99
or
Tracked Delivery - £6.99

Free Delivery for UK Orders over £75

International Orders:
We ONLY offer Tracked shipping for International Orders (anywhere outside the UK).

Tracked Shipping: £10.99

The delivery time for all orders varies depending on the destination, however we average 10 - 15 Working Days.

Jewellery Type:
Pre-Made
We aim to have our Pre-Made orders posted within 5 Working Days (Monday - Friday).

Custom Made:
However custom orders (Eco Silver Rings and River Collection) can take up to 10 working days to be posted. This is the time for your jewellery to be custom made perfectly for you!

Late/Lost Delivery
We only ship with Royal Mail Tracked or Signed for. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item(s) have been posted.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24-48 hours, however there can be delays. Please check the tracking number regularly if you are concerned.
It it has been 5+ working days since you received your tracking number, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly. Use the following link for information:
