UK Orders:
All orders from the UK are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24. This means that the order should be delivered 24 hours after you receive the tracking information.

International Orders:
Unfortunately we have has to pause our international shipping for the time being. We apologise for the disappointment! ​

Jewellery Type:
Pre-Made
We aim to have our Pre-Made orders posted within 5 Working Days (Monday - Friday).

Custom Made:
However custom orders (Eco Silver Rings and River Collection) can take up to 10 working days to be posted. This is the time for your jewellery to be custom made perfectly for you!

Late/Lost Delivery
We only ship with Royal Mail Tracked or Signed for. You will be provided with a tracking number once the item(s) have been posted.
Royal Mail aim to deliver within 24-48 hours, however there can be delays. Please check the tracking number regularly if you are concerned.
It it has been 5+ working days since you received your tracking number, we recommend contacting Royal Mail directly. Use the following link for information:
